We provide transportation services through our website and mobile application. Our services are subject to availability and may be limited in some areas.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Payment
You are responsible for payment of all fees associated with your use of our services. We may charge your payment method for the total amount of your ride, including any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
Cancellation
You may cancel your ride up to five (5) minutes after booking without incurring any fees. If you cancel your ride after five (5) minutes, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Intellectual Property
Our website and mobile application, including all content, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Go Taxi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any damages resulting from lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. In no event shall our liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your ride.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Taxi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Any such arbitration shall take place in Mauritius.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website and mobile application. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to the modified Terms.
